SB Nation's bowl predictions
Texas still predicted as 4th choice for the Big 12 with an appearance to the BUFFALO WILD WINGS BOWL - the hell? Why would Oklahoma be chosen over us when we beat them???
"Eight teams will be left out There are 78 bowl-eligible teams right now. That number should hold through next weekend, but there are still only 70 spots to go around. There will be many justifiably disappointed fan bases around the country, and quite a few of them will likely be in the Sun Belt, sorry to say."
Yeah, and I will be a part of one of the "justifiably disappointed fan bases" there. My god, couldn't even beat Louisiana-Monroe nor stay healthy for the Troy game. Also choked up the Arkansas State game. |

| LOL at Minnesota playing in the Gator bowl. No way that Michigan and Newbraska are picked under Minnesota. We are probably going to the Texas bowl again. |

@danny I already knew that, like with Middle Tennessee State and LA Tech last year (even though LT's bowl ban was self-imposed)
But now I'm glad, since they're adding two new bowls for the Sun Belt next season, including one in Bermuda and the other one in Miami.

But then, football in the Marlins Park will suck. |

Yeah, SB is high.
Michigan nor Texas will be in the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl.
Michigan will probably get Gator or Texas. |

@dead The bowl game for the Big ten conference don't work like that. This is how it works Although the pick order usually corresponds to the conference standings, the bowls are not required to make their choices strictly according to the won-lost records; many factors influence bowl selections, especially the likely turnout of the team's fans. Picks are made after BCS selections; the bowl with the #2 pick will have the first pick of the remaining teams in the conference. The Capital One (first choice) and Outback (second) Bowls can select any eligible team except a team that has two fewer wins or two more losses, in all games, than another eligible team. If a second conference team is selected for a BCS bowl, the two-win/loss requirement is not applicable for the Outback Bowl. The remaining picks are made in order by the Gator, Buffalo Wild Wings, Meineke Car Care, Heart of Dallas and Little Caesars Pizza Bowls, picking eligible teams without restrictions |
