It's nothing impressive, but it's the first script I've FULLY wrote myself. Up until now it's just been edits and repairs.
Workspace.Part.Transparency = 1 wait(1) Workspace.Part.Transparency = 0 wait(1) Workspace.Part.Transparency = 0 wait(1) Workspace.Part.Transparency = 1 loop(8)

| Please refer to workspace as 'workspace' rather than 'Workspace'. |

Congrats! I have been trying to master the art of scripting, just doesn't stay in my mind... heh. I am glad to say that you may become very popular if you follow this path. Well done.

'loop(8)' doesn't work.
local counter = 0 while counter <8 do counter = counter + 1 workspace.Part.Transparency = 1 wait(1) workspace.Part.Transparency = 0 wait(2) end workspace.Part.Transparency = 1
Fixed it for you. |

local counter = 0 -- set variable 'counter' to 0, so we can start counting while counter <8 do -- as long as variable 'counter' is less than 8, execute the following counter = counter + 1 -- set variable 'counter' up by 1 workspace.Part.Transparency = 1 -- set workspace.Part's transparency to 1 wait(1) -- wait 1 second workspace.Part.Transparency = 0 -- set workspace.Part's transparency to 0 wait(2) -- wait 2 seconds end -- end of loop workspace.Part.Transparency = 1 -- lastly, put transparency to 1 (as you intended) |

| That's a wee bit past what I've learned, but thanks for the revision anyways |

| Thanks for the walkthrough too, that'll actually probably be something I refer back to when working with loops |
