Take an existing humanoid model from free models if you can't make one yourself or don't want to take the time to make one.
Set the bodycolors accordingly in the "bodycolors" object within it, and add shirts and pants to the model and set the ID to http://www.roblox.com/asset/?id=IDOFPANTS/SHIRTHERE. You can find the ID by going to the webpage the clothing is on.
You can also look up your hat in free models and apply it. |

An easier way to do the above is to follow these step:
1. Join your game on Build mode 2. Select yourself in the Workspace (you should already be a model) 3. Copy it (Ctrl + C) 4. Paste 5. Rejoin on Edit mode 6. Publish

You can't access the toolbar in build mode, only in studio mode.
