Due to the confusion congress has bestowed, here is the formal and informal schedule and guidelines.
Speaker of the House: Can host Bi-Partisan Sessions President Pro Tempore: May host Senate Sessions, Bi-Partisan if permised by the Speaker of the House Majority/Minority Leader (HoR Currently): Host House Sessions if allowed by the Speaker. Majority/Minority Whip (Senate Currently): May host Senate Sessions if permised by the Pro Tempore and Majority or Minority Leader.
Formal Schedule - Bi-Partisan:
Mondays, 7:00 PM CST (8:00 PM EST) Fridays, 7:00 PM CST (8:00 PM EST)
Formal Schedule - House of Representatives:
Tuesdays, 7:00 PM CST (8:00 PM EST)
Formal Schedule - Senate:
Thursdays, 7:00 PM CST (8:00 PM EST)
Informal Schedule (Bi-Partisan -- Emergency Sessions): Wednesdays, 7:00 PM CST (8:00 PM EST) Saturdays, 6:00 PM CST (7:00 PM EST)
Who can host what was mentioned above, and hopefully this clears some stuff up.

You do realize that the term "bi-partisan" refers to being both Republican and Democrat.... Also the Minority/Majority Leaders control their specific party, not the House. Same with the Minority/Majority Whips. Not to mention having sessions on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday is very inconvenient and I will probably only be there on the weekends.
