I think the Vita is good. I can't compare because I never played with a 3DS.

Sony claimed that they made the Vita as a sister console to the PS4, but the Vita was just released really early. Maybe that mystery port at the top next to the game card slot will be of use finally.
Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong. Even if nothing can possibly go wrong, something will go wrong. |

Yes, but only out of neglect. Sony had a fighting chance and they blew it by relying almost entirely on third party games. Third parties didn't want to make games out of fear it would flop, people didn't buy it because no first party games, etc.
It did well enough to not be considered a total failure, but it was a flop. |

Sale wise it was You don't see a lot of people with vita Heck, it could probably beat the one hit wonder DS with it's "new" Pokemon |

The one hit wonder DS? The 3DS is here to stay. This technology was gimmicky, but a step forward. It improved an already steady system franchise.
Plus, it's lineup is fantastic. Fire Emblem 13? Yes please. SMT4? Here, take my wallet. |
