Actually i dont think anybody cared about the countries, just the entire group.
The area over western russia and northern asia are just shown as a country
or maybe they had the names inside it?

well.. uhm.. this may seem a bit off to you, but if you just 'deported' everyone from the country who disagreed with you, basically, so that everyone left would think the same, like sheep. They could be told to do anything, and nobody would attempt to rebel. Those who do are also 'deported', but that's not the point. Everyone is the same, everyone has their own roles in society, etc. |
