Go and have a look at the ROBLOX wiki. In the More tab at the top of the page there is the Blog, with news items. In the last few days they posted building tutorials there.
Basically you look in the Surface tool and find Weld. Click on the side of the brick you want the weld on. |

| You put the Weld surface on one side of a brick, then put another brick against that surface and they weld together. Unless of course you make the other brick's surface Unjoinable (or Unattachable, I don't quite remember the name). |
