My mom is always telling me to invite my friends... well, if I want to hang out, she suggests they could go to Church with me. -Not that I can't hang out with them on any other day, it's just... I don't know.
But yeah I don't want to make them go to a place that smells like old rotten wood, filled baby-factories and screaming infants, chauvinistic men, and a co-pastor who won't shut up about how the LGBT group in the high-school makes him want to move back to Texas.
I mean it's an acquired environment all except for the last part. But yeah, I don't think that Church would be a very good incentive for my friends to come to Christ...

I'm getting used to the place though, and not all the guys are chauvinistic, I'm pretty sure that's just me being judgmental.
But there are definitely BETTER Churches out there... where I would gladly take my friends.

most of my friends go to church weekly the ones who don't don't really bother me though and we usually tolerate each other's beliefs or lack thereof if the other does the same |

the pastor of my church makes socialists sound like the devil himself. I agree that the n@z1s weren't exactly nice people but this is exaggeration at its best otherwise the church and the people who go there are pretty tolerable |

| Don't bring anyone to a church hell hole. They'll go if they really want to. |

| How is it stupid? Its actually commendable he's inviting people to Church. After all the Bible says to go and make disciples. |

| I think your all stereotyping. Bring them to a youth group before church. Church can get boring but youth groups are a fun way to learn about God |

| Well, hey, even if you don't invite them to church (or youth group or whatever), you can still be a witness to them. And maybe you're already aware of that; I'm just trying to be encouraging. |

Yeah my church's youth group is kinda fun Most of the boys sit in a big group and talk about stuff like football or something and the girls talk about who-knows-what-I-certainly-don't-because-most-of-them-don't-come-anywhere-near-me. Me and my friends usually have the most fun when we're left to our own devices so we just do whatever when we get free time during the meetings. |

I know this is bad but I'd honestly be very nervous to invite my friends..I'd feel they might be insulted. |

Pretty sure all of my friends are Christians... if they aren't Christian, they're more likely to be dirt-bags who I'd rather die than be around. Just how it is with me.
@ConverseGirl
I feel the exact same way. Someone might

Go to a fancy unitarian church. It's a temple, mosque, and church in one. On christmas eve they tell stories about jewish foods that talk and walk to kids, and the adults listen to a guy talking about how pro-lgbt out church is and how we're having 2 guy's wedding on valentines day.
We are the Borg. Resistance is Futile. |

"I'm sure a statement like that isn't going to get you into heaven."
That's completely irrelevant. If I wanted to get to heaven with a statement, I'd say "You're my only way getting there, so..."
