When I said my PC specs, I meant i have an 8-core 4ghz processor, and 16gb RAM (RAM is necessary a little bit to store the string data (very little!))
Also, I was not just printing a mega string, I was actually making the string that large, and then printing it. |

String limit is technically unlimited, but depends on RAM and stuff. A stringvalue's value (or any property containing a string) has a limit. That limit is 2e5-1 characters. (Before the limit was added, you could disconnect players and even servers) (Just put a string value with more than 2e5 characters in worspace or PlayerGui) (This wont' work anymore (unless you can get an old studio) due the limit) |

| The max amount of character in chat and string values is now 1000 characters, which is why i was working on a code that find least common factor so I could divide it. and seperate the string using string.sub |

I thought GUI objects have a limit of 1024 (when typing, not sure when set) I think you can set it to more, but it'll render only 1024 characters of it |

Using print on a variable not equal to a object's value in characters can be used as asmany characters.
print(string.rep("1",10000000)

| It isn't a thousand. I was able to create a string with 100 million characters, print it, and then assign it to something else. The limit is at least 100 million. |

It is atleast 100,000. I believe it is actually 200,000. I just tested a string with 5,136 characters, put it into a string value via command bar, then did (print(string.len(instert_path_to_stringvalue_here.Value)) and got back 5136. |
