Venezian Reformation of Training Under the flag of the Venezian Forces, this documentation is a firm request towards the First Encounter Assault Recon’s High Command to reform the Training system current in place into a more demanding and challenging system to ensure that our soldiers achieve the proper skills to fight on the field of battle. Current System Standards As follows, the “current” Training system: The Director of Training is in charge of making, managing, and alerting any of the official rules for Training to create and establish a stabilized, pleasurable, and effective system to forum soldiers into exemplary figures for the future of Venezia’s Military as well as to its homeland Venezia.
Following the current rules of the system of Training we have today, the rules apply as follows: 1. The highest number of trainers per training is not to exceed 3 or drop below 1. Nothing higher and nothing less is allowed. 2. Promotions are to be issued by the trainer and his/her assistants only. The trainer and his/her assistants must come to a mutual agreement on promotions earned throughout the training. Promotions are to be based off of overall performance and not off of one event throughout the training. Bias is not allowed and will not be tolerated within training. Bias will result in automatic removal of training privileges. a. More information based on promotions will come later. 3. Uniform Policy: Any uniform from any division of FEAR will be allowed. These uniforms include but are not limited to, Military Police, Replica Forces, Honors Division, Special Operations, Salvus Guard, High Command, and the Intelligence Department. These are to be worn at all times unless otherwise stated by the head training at the training. i. Kohltastrophe uniforms are not allowed at training unless otherwise stated. ii. Recruits are not required to wear uniforms if they cannot be purchased at the time of training. 1. If a recruit chooses not to wear a uniform, no promotion will be earned from that training. 4. The F.E.A.R. Military Academy will be re-opened and will be the only way in which a Major can be promoted to the rank of Officer in the First Encounter Assault Recon. 5. A training may NOT exceed the set limit of 2 hours. A training must run for at least 30 minutes. Nothing else will be tolerated. If a trainer wishes to continue a training farther than the 2 hour set limit, the training must be removed from the shout and the trainer will need to lock the server and work with what he/she has. Each facility is required to have a timer with a command of “Begin Training” to be started upon the initial start of training. PROMOTIONAL SYSTEM As follows, the new system structure Terms and Use: Promotion System [Recruit –Captain] Upon entering as a recruit, the recruit has access to view the group wall and shout. Nothing else. That is enough for the recruit to know when training is currently being hosted. The recruit will need to meet a required amount of trainings completed to be promoted. Upon moving up in ranks, that soldier will have to meet more and more training’s to reach each milestone in order to be promoted. Promotions issued in training will only each to the rank of [Captain] and will not be promoted afterwards for any future training attended. Any training’s attended by a Captain or above will be viewed as “Voluntary Participation” and shall not be awarded for it but is highly recommended. As follows, these are the requisites expected to be promoted to each rank. Recruit – Private - 5 trainings total Private – Corporal – 10 trainings total Corporal – Specialist – 20 trainings total Specialist – Sergeant – 40 trainings total Sergeant – Lieutenant – 80 trainings total Lieutenant – Captain - 160 trainings total Captain – Major – Exemplary performance in at least 200 trainings total Review by current Majors, Officers, and the High Command Major – Officer – Once the soldier has achieved the rank of Major, he/she will be voted upon by the Officers after a 3 week period of being watched and observed. The vote will be whether or not to allow this member into the Military academy. If denied, the member will be sent into a 5 week observation period and voted upon again. If 2 denials are reached, the member will be demoted to Captain and will have to re-earn the rank of Major. If accepted, the member will apply to the Military Academy and will need to complete that before being promoted to the rank of Officer. It is requested that the rank of Lieutenant Major be reinstated into the ranks for all Majors enrolled in the Military Academy. Any soldier at the rank of Lieutenant Major will be given all the rights of an Officer. The cap for Officers will be set at 60. If a Major graduates from the Military Academy and there is not a spot for them within the ranks, they will remain at the rank of Lieutenant Major until a spot opens. Officer+ - From here on, promotions will be earned only by votes by the High Command during a F.E.A.R. High Command meeting.

I feel like part of this has issues. For example you have a minimum requirement for trainings for members...although some members could be a little bit more advanced than others and shouldn't be forced to go through all that training if they do not need it.
