The Atomic Imperium - Official Codex
Welcome soldier, you have taken the first step on a path that never diverts into the shadows, a path that will give you many opportunities, show many new people, and grant you a new view of ROBLOX. To take your next step, I have formulized a Codex, commonly known as a guide, of which you are free to use to move ahead.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬CONTENTS▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ PART I: Rules PART II: Promotion and Demotion Guide PART III: HR Guide PART IV: Our history PART V: War Terms PART VI: Diplomacy PART VII: Conclusion ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬RULES▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ These are the rules you MUST abide by to remain with us: 1. Respect. This is the most important, rule, respect your superiors, respect your inferiors, we are all people with feelings, hide the ones that will deter you from your path, but remember, you are all on the same side. On-Duty: ALWAYS follow this rule, disrespect will be punished with suspension/demotion/exile. Off-Duty: You SHOULD always be respectful to people wherever you go, no matter how ignorant or obnoxious they may be, however, we cannot stop you, we just feel that respect shows maturity.
2. Be mature. This is important, what looks better? A rag-tag bunch of idiots yelling "TIX PL0X!" "C0M3 2 MAH PLAZ PL0X!" or an organized, disciplined military force answering only when spoken to with a clear "Yes, Sir!" and "Yes, Ma'am!" I believe this question has an obvious answer, if you do not know it, then you have much to learn. On-Duty: It is impossible to stress how important this is, violation of this rule will result in a punishment. Off-Duty: We cannot control what you do off-duty, but it would please us if you took what you learn in trainings and displayed it elsewhere.
3. Address High Ranks/Higher Ranks with a Sir or a Ma'am. To explain on this, Sergeant+ are called Sir/Ma'am to anyone under, but only Captains and above are official High Ranks. Calling Sergeant+ Sir/Ma'am gives you practice for respecting HR, and also gives the Sergeant+ practice for leadership. On-Duty: It's a simply enough rule to follow, do it. Off-Duty: When off-duty, you do not have to call anyone Sir or Ma'am.
3b. As a reminder, On-Duty is at a group place, wearing group uniform or generally representing us (such as recruiting). Off-Duty, for example, non-uniform fighting at SFOTHO without mentioning us.
4. Grammar. Grammar is essential, you do it at school/college, so why should you lose that ability to write the moment you sit at a keyboard. Grammar may seem a waste of time, however, to a HR, it shows a mature, disciplined soldier, one who takes time to get his/her words right, one who wants to call the HR exactly what they should be, one who will someday be one of our leaders. On-Duty: Follow this rule, exceptions are obviously, foreigners, dyslexic people and other disabilities. (SIDE NOTE: ANYONE CAUGHT IMITATING A SPELLING DISABILITY WILL BE EXILED AND NEVER ALLOWED TO RETURN) Off-Duty: Speak how you like off-duty, but again, it shows you are professional if you use grammar.
COMBAT RULES
5. In a raid, do not surrender, all it proves is that you are scared to take on the enemy. You also show us up. On-Duty: This may seem like a VAK law, but it is highly important, no matter what your KDR is, you are serving your nation, and fighting for your homeland. Follow this rule, don't give up, don't surrender, do not give in. Off-Duty: You shouldn't be raiding OUR enemies off-duty, but if raiding a different group, surrender all you like, just don't blame us when you get executed.
6. Follow all orders without question, do not gossip, do not over-chat, stay silent, the only thing you should say is "Yes, Sir/Ma'am!" when following an order, even then, keep it to Team-Chat, put a % before any words you type.
On-Duty: Following orders is a basic rule to follow, I see no reason why this should be broken. Off-duty: We cannot give you orders when off-duty, so basically, gossip all you like.
7. Work in pairs or groups. Do not be a hero, working in a pair or a group means you have more eyes watching, as a paraphrase from Murphy's Law. "One is never enough, two is undoubtedly too many." Make this true for the enemy, work together, win together, teamwork is essential. On-Duty: If you feel you can handle a situation on your own, such as one, unskilled raider/defender, then by all means do so, but communicate when not in combat, work with each other, do not break this rule, and you're KDR will improve as well as your chances for a teamwork promotion. Off-Duty: Again, we cannot force you to do anything off-duty.
8. Never complain in any situation, if you die, suck it up, and use that anger against your foe, even those with negative KDR have played their part, and will be congratulated. On-Duty: Pretty easy to follow yes? Off-Duty: Again, we cannot force you if you are off-duty.
FINAL RULE
9. I know of people who are rather sarcastic, so this rule is for them. Obey all the rules, including this one. On-Duty: Easiest, yet the hardest rule to follow, do it, don't fuss. Off-Duty: Do what you like off-duty.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬PROMOTION GUIDE▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Short Term Promotions:
Skilfully and quietly defend/raid the enemy with a highly impressive KDR. During a raid, sneak past the enemy, open the gates, and let everyone in. When everyone else is gone, remain, and beat the enemy, win the raid with a screenshot.
Short Term Promotions are effective up to the rank of Corporal.
Long Term Promotions:
Respect Grammar Maturity Discipline Activity Teamwork Leadership skills
Long Term Promotions are constant.
Types of promotion:
Field Promotion (FP) - Awarded during battle, either raid, or defence. Training Promotion (TP) - Awarded during trainings by the trainer. Activity Promotion (AP) - Awarded for being exceptionally active. High Rank Promotion (HRP) - Awarded only once to any person, you have been promoted to a High Rank status. Patrol Promotion (PP) - Awarded for maintaining a long, mature patrol.
DEMOTIONS - SUSPENSIONS - EXILES
Demotions are issued as punishments for breaking rules, this may be a subtraction of one rank, two or three as the maximum. When demoted, you must earn your ranks back to prove you are a loyal, capable person.
If you are repeatedly demoted, or an offence is serious, you may be given suspension. This is a ban from all group places, for a certain length of time, be it one day or two weeks. If you receive multiple demotions or suspensions, or commit a SEVERE offence, you will be exiled from the military. No questions asked.
We do look fully into a case and look at both sides, favouritism is not permitted.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬HR GUIDE▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
High Ranks must follow these basic rules.
1. Remain a mature and strict role-model for the LR. 2. Keep a positive outlook. 3. Do not show favouritism to any LR. 4. Do not be swayed by insistent begging or pleading, rule with an iron fist, the LR must follow your orders, come across as a strong HR, not a weak, gullible one. 5. However, be approachable, help any way you can to ensure the LR are disciplined, yet enjoy the experience.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬OUR HISTORY▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
(Skip this part if you are easily bored.)
The Atomic Imperium was started by bloopy66 (my first username), it began relatively ok, with good HR, defeated several clans and other clan-like things. But then I received a second group called The Ravage Empire, I took it over, but I soon realised the impossible task of managing two groups at once. I moved TAI to RE. But unfortunately, RE was far too different from the clan I envisaged, and it wasn't long before I handed the group back to the original leader.
By this time however, I had given away TAI to wildNinjar, who had sold it on to Cyeldham, who had then passed it to Zayedhax. Finally, the group passed back to me once again, under the name of Grieviks. Soon, I changed my name once more, to the current Redeathanized. Slowly, with the help of my grand high ranks, I re-build our nation, our pride, while the Ravage Empire sits in dust, I do not regret my decision to leave it, nor will I forget the times I lead it.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬WAR TERMS▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
At this point of time, we do not feel we are ready to engage in any wars, however, for when we do, this is our guide.
1. Be roughly of equal size and skill for a nice fair battle. 2. We prefer endurance wars, although we do accept win counts, provided the win count is high, such as 15, not 3, and defence wins do not count. 3. WE DO NOT SUPPORT GROUP TAKE OVERS AND SHUTDOWNS! Whether or not a defeated group wants to OFFER their group for shutdown is a different matter. 4. Be active, we do not want to fight an enemy that doesn't patrol it's base. 5. No empty server raiding.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬DIPLOMACY▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
If you wish to be our ally, then before sending a request, do the following. Send the Emperor (me), a message titled "Negotiations" and reason why you wish to be our ally. Only if I deem you suitable for alliance, you may send an alliance request to The Atomic Imperium Alliances group, we keep our allies on this branch to keep a tidy group. Likewise, if we want to ally you, we will send you a similar message and abide by our own guidelines (or yours).
