This guide is for all High Ranks from Royal Guardian and above to understand how to keep trainings under control; a problem that we have face here and there among our revival.
{High Rank's Guide}
This is a guide and some rules for Officers and High Ranks, which include Royal Guardians and higher.
Rules of Captaincy, Training Members, After Training, Training Discipline,
[Rules of High Ranks.]
1.) Do not tolerate back talk.
2.) Do not demote without a good reason. You should always inform me before demoting anyone so I can ensure it is a fair reason.
3.) Treat your soldiers fairly.
3.) Listen to all your soldiers.
4.) Do not be afraid to punish disobedients.
5.) Title your shouts with a heading and end them with a signature - [Info], [Training], [Raid], or [Other].
{TRAINING MEMBERS}
1.) Post a [TRAIN] shout on the Royal Blood group shout system.
2.) Head to an RB Training center.
3.) Wait for lower members to show up. You need at least 4 for an official training session.
4.) If another High Rank shows up, tell them your selected training plans, for example, ''You must receives 50 KO's and 10 Deaths to receive a praise. You must then defeat me''.
5.) Proceed with selected training plan.
6.) After training ends, report training results to Dignitary Rezdonox.
{AFTER TRAINING}
1.) Report a review of what was held during training, who deserves promotions and demotions.
2.) Post the amount of members that turned up on the group wall.
3.) Post if the training was successful or unsuccessful.
4.) Post the top three members at training.
5.) Post a shout telling members that the training is over.
6.) Message me about the person who most stood out during training.
{TRAINING DISCIPLINE}
A larger problem we've been having is getting trainings to remain under control. It's been getting too immature and out of hand often and honestly it gets annoying for myself and HR's to witness. These are ideas for HR's to keep trainings under control.
1.) Do NOT tolerate attitude or disobedient members.
2.) Do NOT be afraid to kick, crash or ban disobedient members, whether on one or three warnings.
3.) Do NOT let the lower ranks take advantage of you.
4.) It is YOUR training, not the low ranks'.
5.) Having fun is good, but don't let it get out of hand.
6.) Excessive immaturity and disrespect, which includes flaming, will NOT be tolerated.
7.) Anyone who kills others without logical reasoning shall be banned.
8.) Anyone arguing with other members over something stupid will be kicked.
9.) Offer fun at the end of the training session if soldiers can keep their composure. Play games like Predator, Gladiator, etc. if members are good throughout the training. Raids are also good to host if training runs smoothly.
