I tried to download the game launcher and it says "An error occurred while starting ROBLOX player HtppSendRequest failed: HRESULT 0x80072efd" Can someone please help me, im using Panda AntiVirus Pro 2014 |

Can you list your computer software info please?

Please also list any extra AV software, firewalls, etc.

Off topic comment: Yay, someone else uses Panda Antivirus.
On-Topic comment: Probably the PC[if so, restart it], or could be some kind of problem with the firewall,etc.

Make sure your firewall is DISABLED, and then try.
If no, wait it out, it disappears within an hour.
Apologies for not being able to provide much information, it's been like a year since I got this.
You could also try clearing temporary internet files and cookies, though I doubt that will do anything. |

Firstly, disabling a firewall is a bad idea.
Secondly, the email is info@roblox.com, since no one seems to know how to spell it properly. |

This is a connection error, so your firewall could be preventing ROBLOX. |

| Nope I just tried it, and please stop arguing, it's not windows firewall it's something else I cant download it I click the thing to download and it comes up I hit run and it come up with the error. |

Simply clearing your cookies should fix the issue.
