[-:HIGH RANK RULES:-]

1. At trainings, you are not to use ANY command unless the HOST of that event gives you permission. The host will be the person whom shouted the event first or took over the training. The Co-host HAS NO AUTHORITY OVER ADMIN. Using your admin without the permission of the host WILL be counted as admin abuse.

2. Roaming around training’s and events is forbidden. You either participate or leave – your rank does not matter.
3. Use grammar at all times to the best of your ability. Understandably, if your keyboard is acting up or if you have massive lag, you might not be able to. This does not mean you cannot try.
4. Respect LR’s as they would respect you – however if they are not respecting you, you simply kick/ban. No need to get into an debate over it.

5. Abuse of power/admin will result in a demotion to the highest MR state. HR’s are not to abuse admin, and it’s intolerable.

6. You MUST hold 2 events a week. This does not vary on how many people come, but the time you wait. 15 minutes you must wait in a server before cancelling anything, AND you can not hold your second event right after the other. Use common sense, not loopholes – AKA demotions.

7. Promotions are to be done fairly. You are not to promote anyone you might know before you got into the group JUST because you know them. Promotions are to be fair at all times. If they are demoted, it will look bad on you for promoting them.

9. Three promotions max at any event. As we grow bigger, this will to. There is no max on demotions, however. We need to keep promotions earnable, not something people count on.

10. Demotions are also to be done fairly, demoting a user for no reason will count as an AA, in which you know what happens.
11. Allie raiding is not allowed unless the Leader or a HR of the group agrees to it.

12. Joint training’s can happen. If they do, the highest ranking official from RRC is the one in charge with the joint trainer.

13. Events can be called off by Warlords only. In which, the host of the training is to be demoted. Training Shutdowns are very serious, and should never happen. They happen on the course of the trainer does not have control over the training, etc. HR’s should be able to have full control of a training. This is why kick and banning was made.
14. When the trainer is away from the keyboard, the co-host OR the highest ranking official there (other then the trainer) is to take command only until the trainer is back. (Trainer – Host = Same thing)

15. Never use group resources to promote your game, shirt, or any miscellaneous. It’s selfish. Have it approved by the commander or the 2ic’s.
16. Always call your higher ranks by “Sir” or “Ma’am UNLESS stated otherwise by the high rank.

17. Never accept a bribe for a promotion, or a ‘pass’ on breaking our rules. You will be demoted off the HR team – as you obviously can’t handle your job very well.

[PROMO STACKING]
Promotion Stacking when a user is promised a promotion one day, and the next day still has not gotten it and YOU as the HR promote them twice, to make up for the other promotion and the promotion you wanted to give them. This is not allowed, if the HR did not promote them that day, then it’s that HR’s fault.
Here is an example.
Aaron has a training, and says he will promote Stan for doing well in the training. However, Aaron forgot to promote Stan.
So, the next day, Kristen holds a training. Kristen gives Stan a promotion for pawning everyone at training, however Stan tells Kristen that Aaron never promoted him from his training. Kristen promotes him two ranks because there was a promotion stacked up.

Not allowed! If the promoting HR can’t remember to promote users, that’s their fault and will be dealt with accordingly. You ONLY promote for YOUR event, no one else’s.

[PROMO RULES]
Promotions are a privilege, not a right. Thus, here’s a few rules to keep promotions special and our users earning instead of getting.

1. Only one promotion per day per user. You can only promote a user once for that day. If they were promoted earlier that day, then the promo is invalid and further promotions of that user that day will simply get YOU in trouble.

2. Rank restorations are only for LR’s. MR and HR Rank restorations are to be done by the 2ic’s.

3. Double promoting is not allowed.

[ACTIVITY]
Your activity is to be considered, “active.”
You must post on the wall daily, to show your activity. If you don’t inactive HR’s will be demoted unless given a reason beforehand, like a vacation, etc. You need to let the commander know however, or how else do you expect us to know?

[CONCLUSION]
You as an HR are a role model, not some kind of lunatic whom does not know what your doing. Act like a role model.
