| It's one of the few shows on Disney that I can tolerate. |

@Gaoman. How? It's terrible. It's like every other sitcom.

It's by no means great, but it doesn't give me the impression that the writers ran out of ideas and slapped something together in five seconds like with Shake It Up, So Random/Sonny With a Chance, etc.

fun fact: disney took off 3 shows because they had black people in them
that's how disgusting they are
teaching kids that black people are dumb idiots that can't normally learn because they constantly keep pestering the teacher (im srs they did that in a show) |

@Vince Which ones? The only two shows I knew of that had African Americans as the main characters were That's So Raven and the spinoff show Corey in the House. |

yeah, well they took of those i think my sis is liek "YEAH TEHY BROADCEMSETN EM SOM TIM" but shese lying
now in jessie you have an arabian who'se constantly blabbering about spiritual crap and rituals, and a black girl whose constantly being annoying and acting as if she knows better than the white people
like
those are dumb stereotypes only trying to make children think that's actually what arabians and black people are like so that everyone that watches dc will get brainwashed and turn into a racist
seriously, that's EXACTLY whats going on |

about dog with a blog, its one of their stupid "sitcoms" about stupid rich white families
they already have enough of those, lets name really me and good luck charlie i hate all of their shows and movies since they constantly re-use the same actors and actresses, even though they all have no acting nor singing talent, they are just cash cows for DC cause of their looks. and the plots are ALWAYS the same, especially in the movies. |

Well in the EARLY morning hours, Disney will stick on some of their older shows to fill the gap so that is likely what she is talking about.
Jessie I will agree is boring and somewhat racist. They use the cultural stereotypes to make weak jokes, but in advertisements say that the family in the show is a great way to bond and kill the stereotypes off. Debby (or is it Debbie?) Ryan isn't the best person for the role, but I do like her more than the actors that play the kids, but overall the show tries too hard to make a joke and follow a simple plot. Though I will watch it over Shake It Up and So Random. |

myeah i dont watch any of their shows at all, the actors are bad, the plots are bad and the scenes and backgrounds are basically just cardboard cutouts
also there's also a shetload of cussing in jessie which is incredibly bad for kids and stuff |

I will rarely watch Disney Channel since their new programming is dull and uninspired for the most part. There's not a show that is on that channel that is still in production that I actually like. Just ones that I can tolerate, which is not very many, and ones that I just can't stand, which is the majority.
I'll also agree that the backgrounds are bad too. I remember watching an episode of Hannah Montana back when it was new, and one of the beach backgrounds was obviously a cutout. |

">rich white family" I wouldn't necessarily call either family in the shows rich.
">three kids" However, the setups for the kids is different. In Charlie, the kids were all from the same parents, while in Dog they had no real relation due to the parents marrying each other.
">stupid thing that makes it different from other shows but its still the same" In some ways, they do basic concepts that most sitcoms do, but not always. It may recycle concepts, but from what I've seen, they're not as reused like other Disney shows have done since 2006ish.
">dumb parents" However, the "dumb parent" joke is carried out differently in Dog than it is in Charlie. In Charlie the parent antics are usually carried out separately by each parent acting alone, while Dog usually has the parents acting together to cause the antic for the weak joke. |

@gao
not sure if troll or legit
also, yeah, hm sucks
i mean, they had this dumb fight once with rico and some brother of him and it was done SO BAD. first i thought it was a joke, but i found out they actually couldn't do better at all.
about the dumb parents, i was targetting really me since the parents are a bunch of dumbshets.
about the way the shows are all the same: well, if it weren't for a baby, a real life tv show or a talking dog, every show on DC would practically be the same. They even make fun of the same shet, like homeschooled people (i especially am disgusted that they try to brainwash kids into thinking that homeschooled people are dumb nuts, i am homeschooled and this is untrue.) or fat kids. |

I only base my opinions based on what I've seen of the shows, and I haven't watched DC that much since 2008-2009, so I haven't had too much exposure to their new lineup, except the few times I did tune in and tried to get into the new shows.
However, a common theme that many of the Nick and DC comedy shows keep forcing in the later shows or later seasons of preexisting shows is dating and trying to force jokes. If one of their comedies can avoid constantly bringing it up, I'm more inclined to try it out because I know it won't end up sparking constantly in drama due to the love interest.
I agree on that note that a lot of them push repetitive content for jokes and push the line. There's one episode of Shake It Up I read that was pulled after it aired once or twice after a former DC actress made a complaint about it. |
