I hear Origins was a letdown.
But is that because there wasn't much added that Arkham City didn't already have?
I haven't played either Arkham City nor Origins, but I'm trying to decide which one to play. I don't care if I don't understand some of the story if I play Origins first.
But in terms of gameplay and environment (open world), which one is better in your opinion? |

| Well, Origins is the prologue to Asylum IIRC, so it wouldn't hurt to play that first. |

I know.
But I'm wondering about Arkham City and Arkham Origins.
I might either watch a playthrough of Asylum or get it afterwards. |

Well, if you play on PC, you have like 50 mins to get both Arkham Asylum and City for about $5-$6 on Humble Bundle.
Either way, personally I'd play either Asylum -> City -> Origins or Origins -> Asylum -> City. |
