Alright. We've been discussing this on the Raven Guard wall for a while now, but I decided to sum up what I think would benefit us.
Firstly, a fort for the whole of the BTMpire, to be used for wars that are directly declared on the BTMpire group or that we declare on other clans. The empire's clans would use their individual forts for wars pertaining only to them.
For example.
JC/HRI's raids on the BTMpire (current war) would not take place at APN's Fort Gunnshun, but at the BTMpire fort.
SN/FL raids on TCR (current war) would take place at TCR's Fort Vreme.
Secondly, since Raven Guard is currently only for APN, it should be expanded to all of BTMpire and have a 15 member limit instead of the current 9. The RG would have elite fighters from all clans spanning the empire. These members would be chosen by Reaven, or recommended by one of the BTMpire imperial leaders.
Individual elite groups would still be allowed, like TCR's Crimson Order, and so on.
And last but not least, we need to allow colony clans. For example, if one of BTMpire's core clan leaders owns a smaller clan (in my case SARS), the colony should be let into the BTMpire, with no requirement of being owned by Reaven.
That is all for now.

Do we even still have the healing potions? Last time I did that it was just a test of concept of that kind of stuff.
And who doesn't have one hit kill snipers, honestly. At least these don't always one hit kill. |

| They're fashioned so that if you know how to use them, you can get one hit kills. It's sorta like any other useful sniper in basically any other game ever made. |

| I was standing 5 feet away from someone, aimed at their head. Shot. And it took only half. |

| Well someone screwed up. I tried to release a system that fixed all the issues but then everyone whined about me fixing the issues. So you can go ask the majority of people who complained why they prefer what we're using right now. |

The big issue with the argument related to sniper rifles on this thread is that one party is referring to the Crimson Order one-hit KO rifles, and the other side is referring to the APN two-hit KO rifles, which are a one-hit KO to the head. (APN used to have an Raven Guard rifle that was always a one-hit KO, right now I think they have a special pistol, and I don't know if they have the rifles anymore, TCR uses some of the same stuff for their Crimson Order, hence the health potion, but the potion is a one time use type of thing, it's better than some clans that give people 150, 200, or even 350 to 500 HP as a max.)
Just imagine, someone with 200 HP, losing 150, then healing to 200 again. (I think healing is usually a percentage thing too, so they heal faster, and will reach 100 faster than others.)
And that can be repeated over and over again. The healing potion might be annoying, but it's not so bad. It's a home-field advantage, and although TCR is in the wrong for having advantages such as those, making the elite players just that much more over powered, nearly every fort you go to in the clan world has balancing issues, (WIJ is a huge example, their system is incredibly unbalanced. Oh, everyone can get the same guns... except WIJ is using sniper rifles and explosives, while raiders are using pistols and weak rifles, because WIJ fights there all of the time. It'd be balanced if each raid was a reset, and you leveled up faster, keeping the Indigo ranking only for bragging rights, giving no real special benefits.)
And even when the weapons are almost entirely balanced, everyone starts with the same weapons, you have forts like Gunnshun that create imbalances through the terrain, which is combined with the average best skill set of the soldiers who defend there, (the ability to use sniper rifles with nearly inhuman accuracy), creates a situation where, if there are just 8-10 defenders, with a couple who are among their best, no force of raiders can defeat them. (Assuming of course, they are working as a team and inside of the fort... it's frustrating to defend there when APN fights in groups of 2-3, instead of 6-8).
Lots of text. The clan world will always be imbalanced in some sort of way. (Sure, there are ways to remove these imbalances, to make things balanced and fair for both sides, but that takes a lot of work.)
