As of November 18th, 2013 the following reforms are effective,
Clause I. For a BMT to join the Army, they must pass a BCT(Basic Combat Training) which will equip them with the basic knowledge and skills of a private in the Army. Also, they must be in a Division before they pass to be accepted into the Army and promoted to an E2.
Clause II. A new type of training called an ACT (Advanced Combat Training) will be Introduced. An ACT will be held once in a while and will be given for those between the ranks of E3 and E6. ACT will be a very advanced and testing course that will not be instructive but a test of a soldier’s elite skills. If a soldier passes he will be promoted thereafter to the next rank(Cannot be promoted past E7). ACT’s will be an extreme test making sure that a soldier knows everything taught in BCT and is combat harden.
Clause III. The minimum rank required to take an OCS has been raised from E5 to E6.
