Hello members of United Firebird Army. Some of you might be wondering how to get promoted in the group, or what our rules are. Hopefully you will find the answers to your questions below.
Basic rules for all members:
1. Don't curse, flame or act mean towards fellow soldiers or even enemy combatants. You don't have to reply in a bad way, even if the enemy calls you something you don't like. 2. Wear the uniform of your rank whenever you are representing U.F.A. (Bases, raids etc.) 3. Do what a high rank tells you. Don't question why, just do it. The high rank is always right. 4. Don't ask for promotions. You won't get them just by asking. 5. Use grammar to the best of your ability. 6. Don't rage quit. Channel any bad energy towards your fighting. 7. Don't crowd high ranks. Unless you want free wipe outs, don't start jumping around HRs. It is annoying and distracting. Also, if a HR is having a conversation, wait for your turn. 8. Salute high ranks if you see them. You don't have to run up in their face to do it...
About promotions, let's look at what you need to get them. Please note that just because you fulfill the requirements for your rank, you won't get it instantly. You have to impresss a highrank to get promoted.
Recruit: Join the group.
Private: Above + Wear the uniform. Have the warrior badge. Do something in U.F.A, like go to a training, raid or defend the base over a larger period of time.
Private First Class: Above+ go to loads of Training and prove your self.
Lance Corporal: All above plus Have at least 300 kos and Be at 6 trainings. Corporal: All above + Have at least 500 KOs.
Sergeant: All above + Have at least 1000 KOs
Second Lieutenant: All above but you must have great leadership skills. You must be recommended.
First Lieutenant: All above and you must lead an attack or have co-hosted a training. You must have 3 recommendations from High Ranks.
Staff Sergeant: All from Sergeant and you must have proved yourself to High Rank and you must get 5 recommendations from High Ranks.
Sergeant Major: All above but you need 7 recommendations from High Ranks and you have proven yourself in at least 2 skills.
Captain: Show that you have some skills that make you better than the others. Be it scripting, building, gunfighting, swordfighting or something else. You cannot become a captain just by going to a raid/defence/training unless you show superior skill over the others. You need 9 recommendations from High Ranks
Major HR: Have skills in both swordfighting, gunfighting, obbies and leadership. You also need to pass the majors academy. In addition, you need to be approved by a general. Not everyone can be a major. Majors are the best of the best, so to become one you need to be just that. Majors have the responsibility of holding trainings, so if you cannot hold trainings succesfully, you cannot be a major. You must be elected.
Lieutenant Colonel HR: Special Elected majors that help the Colonels.
Colonel HR: Unreachable by most. Colonels are usually longtime Lieutenant Colonels. Colonels are elected by General+. They assist the generals in what they do, and take care of promotions/demotions. They also lead raids and trainings. You will have a higher chance of becoming a colonel if the HRs know you well, and trust you.
General HR: Handpicked by 2iC OR 3iC . Makes sure the group runs good.
Supreme General HR: Special Generals handpicked by Hawkfoot10 they help the 2iC and 3iC. Some can be Head Of Attack and Head of Defense etc.
High Council HR: Picked by the high ranks in an event where the current leader is not fit to lead. Keeps the group together.
I hope this answered some of your questions. Good luck in getting promoted!
