It might have been your internet connection.
The answer to your question 'What email do I contact to get this problem fixed?' Is you contact info@roblox.com If that doesn't work call 888-858-BLOX, but must be an 18+ to call, so you might have to ask your parents/care-workers to phone them.

@Recknoable, and others who are _complaining_ they didn't get it, Then email them. They always say that if you're having issues, you don't get something, etc that you should CONTACT them.
If you haven't been bothered to email them, to get what you bought (due to an issue occuring), then it's on your own head really. Nobody told you to not contact them. |

| If you got a reply back stating they have received your electronic mail, then they would have replied to you. It may simply of been sent to the junk folder, or similar. |
