and in the questionnaire it asked me separately...
"Are you attracted to girls?"
"Are you attracted to boys?"
why would they need to EVER know this just for a appointment that will tell me my health info and whether I can play or not. This "g444y" issue is getting too out of hand... |

For sports, we need to hand in paperwork, but we don't do actual physicals. We take concussion tests every 6 months if you're going to play a sport that season.
I play football, so I took a concussion test. However, I'm playing basketball but I don't need to take a test for that since I already took one within the last 6 months. |

| You just try out and see if you make it. They see the paperwork that shows your physical information, but there are no literal tests. |
