Processor: Intel i7 4770k 3.5 GHz 8MB (320 euros/$430/267 pounds)
Mother Board: Gigabyte Z87X-D3H. (140 euros/$188/117 pounds)
All together is 460 euros/$618/384 pounds.
Reason why I am upgrading is because in my country next year computers are going to be more expensive by 12%. Now that I upgraded my computer, I won't have to upgrade for a few years.

The new Haswells had or might still have a heating issue. To fix it it's something like removing some part in the cpu itself which is risky.
It's probably fixed.
Oh and, what's your GPU? |

@ultra
bad TIM with the CPU die and the IHS has been a problem since Ivy Bridge. Its not risky to de-lid it and replace it if you use the vice method. |
