I just called twice, but I couldn't compare my account problems to your options, so: My account was banned a few months ago for 1-3 days. I left it alone for a while, and now I want it back. My em@il doesn't match my username Fronavi, for some odd reason and I'd like to know why. Fronavi did have BC before it ran out over its' ban time. |

Contact ROBLOX by email then, proving it's your account by presenting the details of the payment method you used to buy BC.
