F.E.A.R. Promotion System [Opinions]
The High Command would like your input on an ongoing topic. Recently we have been looking into new possibilites regarding our promotion system. We would like to know what you, the members, would like to see in the near future.
Suggest anything you want, somethings we have looked into are -
-Bringing back FMA -Points System w/ roblox database -Current System
Feel free to post anything that you think could work, we'll look into everything.

Point systems suck. Recommendation: Keep whatever you have, but put more structure into it....like certain requisites for each rank and then add FMA for officer and major or something. |

That is the best one.
FMA is horrible, that does not filter anything.
Current system, eh, no.

FMA would die *again* after 2nd week.
Point System would some how get deleted and we have to start over.

If you're brining back FMA, make it more like FS. Contact Buster362 for help on that. A database would be cool, not sure how that would work. A website? REC-PVT should be for wearing the uniform and making primary or going through training. PVT-CPT should be plain trainings. Major should be a General thinking that someone deserves the promo. Officer should be FMA/FS. COL+ would be same system.

1. Don't bring FMA back 2. Stop favoritism 2a. Stop promoting people randomly to Officer just because they're in: - RF - ATC - MP - HD 2b. Stop promoting people because they have a good name. 2c. Stop promoting people because they might be "cool" 2d. Stop promoting people because they might be 'just like you' or your 'friends 2e. Stop promoting ex-HRs to Officers or Majors 2f. Again, STOP. GIVING. PEOPLE YOU LIKE. SPECIAL TREATMENT. 2g. Stop judging people by looks. 3. Have a better way to promote, like credits etc. 4. Use your brains. 5. Enough with the arrogance and ignorance HRs, I understand you have to be mature, you're taking it WAY too far.
