| For me, it was Hayao Miyazaki's films, especially Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind. However, the first anime series I watched and enjoyed was Bokurano: Ours. |

| I had multiple. The first that come to mind are Needless, Special A, Chrome Shelled Regios, Fruits Basket, and Sgt. Frog. |

Angel Beats!
I had seen a few other series before that, but Angel Beats! was what got me hooked. It still remains my favorite series to this day. |
