RCL you may know is a gun. RCL is a brick that shoots lasers.
If they were teamkill-able, you'd be getting hit every time.
Swords you may know is a close range weapon. If they were teamkill-able, you would have a 50% chance of TKing due to it being easier to aim.

This solves it all. Swords should be used.

"minding explaining where you pull that number from"
Well, you have a 100% chance of killing, you divide that by 2 for an hostile kill or a team kill?

1) they don't team kill so this is irrelevant 2) with either swords or guns if you're half decent you won't be team killing

100% chance of killing
no, you could easily lose and not kill
there are also more variables than just 'which team you kill' that are affecting this.
Do you get a kill? Are you within range to kill someone on both teams (which you would need by your logic) How many on each team are near you?
you wouldn't be able to calculate an accurate percentage considering the large amount of factors that contribute to it.

"chance"
The other team can get a kill, it wasn't directed towards you.
One team has to get the kill(unless if you reset)
No, there's 2 types of kills, TKing and getting a kill on the other team.

oh you're talking about the whole battle, not one instance in the battle.
well surely the fact that you aren't TRYING to TK is going to make it less likely that it happens, another thing you forgot.
If you think about it, a mis placed shot in RCL would TK 10 damage, but a mis placed lunge in swords would potentially kill the person straight off. |

"you cant really force tie with RCL"
Yeah because you aren't in a "close" range to do that in RCL.

@Pro,
Yeah because in RCL you only shoot one bullet at a time. Yeah...

"Yeah because you aren't in a "close" range to do that in RCL."
Actually, it's more because of the far lower damage.
If they were 70-80 damage w/ slower fire rate (replicating swords) then there would be a ton of ties. |

Again, it was took all 30 shots with the GPR direct hits to get a KO. It's a gun, it's suppose to do lower damage.

RCL=/=Swords
Face it, they're different types of combat. They aren't really comparable, one uses projectiles (well, rays) to damage the other and the other relies on you hitting your opponent with a damaging block.
Stop trying to compare them and say one is better than the other, when you shouldn't compare them in the first place.

with guns, if you could actually aim, you wouldn't be tking. with both swords and guns, if you're not dumb and you don't have dumb teammates, you wouldn't be tking.
solution: dont be dumb |
