the title was misleading sort of; i don't actually want any of you to touch me so please don't offer.
actually i was just thinking, i got invited to a party that was supposed to be tonight, BUT APPARENTLY IT"S NOT ANYMORE< and i was just curious as to whether any of you were ever invited to a party and if you succumbed to peer pressure there? |

sorry but i don't trust you, i don't think you really know how to do either of those things.
have you ever been to a party though? not tagging along with your parents, mind you. i mean an actual house party. |

No. If I want to go, I'll go. If I don't, I won't. Peer pressure seldom works against me. |

">if you succumbed to peer pressure there?"
Oh wait, disregard my last comment. I thought you meant being pressured in going.
But, peer pressure still doesn't work with me, even at a party. I went to a friend's 18th birthday party and alcohol was present and plentiful. I don't drink, however, and despite the few words by some of my friends, I didn't drink still. |

i stay on the clean side and often blaze on jesus every sunday but that's all. i was afraid of being pressured into doing something I DO NOT CARE TO DO. i guess i don't have to worry now though.
i'm a young and malleable mind and if it hadn't been cancelled i probably would have shown up and drunken something very naughty. probably daddy's cough medicine. :( |

You shouldn't worry much about peer pressure if you're friends are actual friends. They might still say something every now and then, but they'll accept what you choose to do or not to do. Just stay yourself and remain responsible. That'll get you through life more smoothly. |

| it's a party and more than just my friends would have been there. i would have been pressured into drinking five shots of scottish hwiskey and a hit of grass or whatever or something. who knows where i could have ended up. either £5 lighter or who knows. :( |

"is that a bad thing?"
yes??? i'd rather not do any sort of thing like that. if you want to shoot up with something, that's your choice, but i don't. |

Do what YOU want to do, not what others want you to do. Peer pressure is no excuse to go against your own morals. |

prudence never pays though, and i would like to have fun. it'll be the wrong kind of entertainment if i was the only sober person in a room full of people who smell like a cowboy. |

You can be fun and not have to consume alcohol or anything. Most of my friends will agree that I am rather amusing to be around. Alcohol and various substances doesn't make you an entertaining person. That comes from your character.

That sounds like fun for me. Nothing like watching a bunch of drunks trying to figure out how to walk again. |

i'm not saying i'm not fun. just where will the fun be if i'm the black sheep?

my idea of fun is not sitting on a sofa and simply watching. actually, i suppose that is partially my idea. not here though. |

but it is fun to get smashed everything is just so smooth, the edge is gone, and it is all laughs. but what people do when they're wasted is person specific i personally just like being tipsy the most, as it takes off the edge but i'm still generally on point
worst i've gotten, it took me about 5 minutes to do 126 x 13 in my head. and i was off by two. |

"but it is fun to get smashed"
that is not at all my idea of a good time. maybe i should just get a junk habit. what's the trouble in life when you've got a true and sincere one? |

I'm sure there are plenty of activities to do aside from drinking until you see two of everything. Being the 'black sheep' isn't wrong and you can still find entertainment despite your situation.
>my idea of fun is not sitting on a sofa and simply watching. actually, i suppose that is partially my idea. not here though.
As I said, I'm sure there are more activities that will suit you. |
