Hey guys, I have a really important question.. When I try to join a game on roblox, a small box pops up saying this:
An error occured while starting ROBLOX Player
Details: HttpSendRequest failed: HRESULT 0x80072efd
Then when I try to uninstall roblox it says the same thing. What do I do? Please help.. |

Ah, my sister had this problem. All I did was uninstall ROBLOX, and it worked. If you are getting a problem when uninstalling, go here: www.roblox.com/download
Download ROBLOX again. Once it has finished downloading again, uninstall ROBLOX Player and ROBLOX Studio. Then go back to the download page and download ROBLOX again. |

I tried it again, it STILL said:

Reboot your computer, if that for some reason fails waiting it out usually works.

| Ah. Stressed out eh? Don't need to be. I had this exact same error - but it is to hard to explain in this one forum post how to fix. Simply type in the details onto google, and it will tell you directions on how to fix it. (it problably will be a ROBLOX article.) |

| Haha, thanks for the help guys, but I found it my self. Sometimes security's to computers block programs. I have Norton 360 for my Dell Inspiron laptop, and once I looked in Norton Program Settings, I found out that Roblox and Roblox studio were on 'Block'. |

| Ok dude... Obvious theres A problem somewhere In the Computer where it randomly messes up your roblox... U can download ccleaner To completely remove The roblox play and studio and re-download it but if that doesn't work ... Check your internet and Reset your PC.. if that doesn't work ... I did Something that I'ms ure other people wouldn't do.. I made a new Partitan On my Hard drive and installed vista on it which fixed my problem for me.. :D sooo Hope you figure out ur problem. |
