I've played many many games, and by far, many of them have been great. Here are the Top 10 video games I have played.
10) Skyrim Lots of people love Skyrim. I especially love Medieval times, so it really gets me into it.
9) Call Of Duty: World At War The first time I played CoD WaW was amazing. I loved the campaign, loved multiplayer, and I immediately fell in love with the Zombies mode.
8) Pokémon Yellow I have a GameBoy, and I am COMPLETELY obsessed with Pokémon. I love Pokémon, and my 2nd favorite game is Pokémon Yellow. So yes, that does mean you'll be seeing another Pokémon game in here.
7) Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 I loved the campaign for this. I found the storyline nice, Survival Mode was good, and the normal Multiplayer was good. 2nd favorite Call Of Duty game. So yes, that does mean you'll be seeing another Call Of Duty game on this list.
6) MySims Agents I had this when my Wii wasn't broken, and I finished it at least 10 times. I loved it, no matter how much I played it.
5) Half Life 2 Top 5. Alright. Half Life 2 was a great creation by Valve, coming from Half Life, leading to Half Life 2 Chapters 1 and 2. Of course, Valve never counts to 3.
4) Pokémon Red I love Pokémon Red. I have beat it almost 5 times. About everytime, I pick Squirtle as my starter. I just love when I get Blastoise.
3) Portal Top 3. Now some great games here. Portal was amazing, with the physics, GLaDOS, and beating the game. They were all so amazing. I would play over and over again.
2) Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare saved the Call Of Duty franchise. After the wrecking ball (twerk twerk) called Call Of Duty 3, we follow it up to a more futuristic warzone: one with guns such as the M4 Carbine. The best part of the game was the part that has gotten into the Top 3 for many OMG WTF Moments in Gaming videos: The Nuke. This was a dangerous risk by Infinity Ward, killing off a character you played as for the first time ever in a Call Of Duty game. Infinity Ward saved the Call of Duty franchise with the nuke.
1) Portal 2 I have no regrets putting 3 Valve games on this list. By far, Portal 2 is the best game I've ever played. It's game play is fantastic, even turning GLaDOS into a potato was great. It also introduced the Portal Multiplayer mode. It took gamers by storm-as well as taking their free-time away to play this amazing game. |

Ok, here's my list:
1: MH3U SO much replay value. Words can't even express how much content there actually is in this game...
2. Metroid Prime series I'm crazy about sci-fi, and the good mix of puzzles and first person fights in these games just made it for me.
3. Super Smash Bros. Doesn't matter which game from the Smash Bros series, the insanity of four person fights with the goal of knocking opponents off the stage is, to me at least, far more fun than the typical one-on-one, limited health fighter games.
4. KI:U A good mix of content, and a very unique game in the respect that it's a shooter that often tries to make fun of itself. I had a blast playing it.
5. RCT2 Yes, an ancient PC game that is often forgotten. RCT2 is in my opinion actually better than its sequel, RCT3, for some odd reason that I just can't pinpoint. It's an incredible game, and I'm sad that my disk got scratched. I may have to buy it again.
6. DKC series DKC2 was one of my first GBA games (Yes, I'm aware that it was at first a SNES game). It was actually the reason that I bought my GBA SP all of those years ago. I loved that game so much, that I was absolutely thrilled when DKC3 came out on the GBA. And as you can imagine, when DKCR came out on the Wii, I bought it as soon as I could. I don't regret buying these games one bit. This one only beats out my next game on the list because of the nostalgia that I associate with it.
7. Rayman series My first Rayman game was Rayman 2 on the N64. It was a bit strange to me at first, but after a while, I was completely hooked. Years later, the release of Rayman Origins just made me love the series even more. In fact, Rayman Origins may just be the single best platformer that I've played ever. And that's saying something, because I've played a LOT of platformers.
8. Lego Racers To those of you who have played this ancient relic, you understand why it's such a great game. The custom cars were always a massive plus, but even the track design was astounding considering the limited capabilities of machines at the time. The fact that this wonder would run on a 16 MB video card never ceases to blow my mind.
9. Mario and Luigi RPGs Oh yes, a Mario game. When most people think of Mario, they think of the typical save-the-princess story and basic platforming. The Super Mario RPGs broke away from not only the story, but the game type as well. RPG's with the Mario bros actually work very well, and the stories in these games are still slightly simplistic, but they're a huge step up from the norm. Plus they're just hilarious at times.
10. Last but not least, is the gem known as Spore. I bought this game about 2 years after its prime, and therefore, I never experienced the huge community that this game once had. Nonetheless, I played through the main game for a while, slowly building my empire, killing off Grox-infested colonies one by one. Then I bought the Galactic Adventures expansion pack. I was speechless when I saw what it could do. The applications were virtually endless, and I started making incredible adventures of all sorts. Almost everything is customizable; even the AI can be made to move where you want them to go. If you're into creativity, THIS is your game. If not, it's still pretty fun. The only downside to Galactic Adventures is the sheer amount of time that it takes to make every detail, but don't let that stop you from picking it up. |
