Put layers of tape over it and leave it on for a few weeks. When you take it off the sticky part will be still there over the webcam making it unseeable blurry. if you try and pick it up it barely helps and only causes you to damage and scratch the lenses. It's toast.

I dont feel like ruining a laptop cam. I think ill have to pass on that, but thanks anyway. |

| that's why you use sticky notes if you just want to obscure something and plan on taking it off later or just fold paper and slide it over |

I just tried to clean it with really powerful stuff. You can tell someones there but it's so blurry you can't see anything of facial features.
