good question!
hmm, i think they already knew that they had milk from other animals they tested, so I'm guessing it wasn't random? |

The first cow was milked in the middle east 7000 years ago, and one theory is that someone was helping a sick calf get food from her mother, got a bit on her hand, liked it, and liked the taste, but no one knows anything besides educated theories.
