Replace all mentions of "dom" with "e-m41l". Dumb filters.
...regarding verification. When she created her account a couple of years back, she set her dom as a really random sequence of characters, so basically her account is not even verified. In order to change the dom it was set to, she needs a parent to contact Roblox's phone line. We did that on Friday night, but we have yet to get an answer (which is understandable given the fact that we waited and are waiting through the weekend). However, say they don't respond, what will we do?
Basically, she's pretty much locked out of the forums with over 10k posts due to a new requirement about verification. She also has no way to recover her account in the event of account compromization - she's the leader of a pretty large clan that is targeted by a worrisome amount of people.
I'm posting this here because admins come on this forum a lot and there are a considerable amount of power users who frequent this forum too. |

@xaxa We did. Got a response saying that her parents need to verify by calling them, which has been done. |

| I would try to get in contact with an admin directly. Highest chances are with admins that know you, like Sorcus or MrDoomBringer. Of course, that's assuming that either of them have any control over your problem. |

I've been wondering this for a few days now. What is all this "dom" talk about?
To address your problem: send them an email that contains all the billing info from when the membership was purchased. They may also want you to include the last four digits of so of the CC used to purchase it. This will be proof enough that she is the owner of that account. If the membership was purchased with a game card or whatever it is they are called, do anything you can to find that card and then send them the email containing the code that is on the back of the card. |

@lordrambo She never bought BC through a credit card, only through game cards. Yeah I'll probably tell her to do that if she even has the numbers.

@mag Emailed info@roblox countless times, and even got a hold of stickmasterluke and he just told me to call the Roblox number.
Also I didn't get a call back from Roblox yet. |
