1st off, let's get this straight, for any of you who are NOT in the group should not read this, and message me and/or a Project Leader about joining and say you have read the rules. These are simply for group staff only.
With that being said, and hopefully at this point, you should be a new staff member, or reviewing the rules.
The rules: ------------------- 1. Never disrespect ANY other staff members. This will result in exile without warning. Learn to respect, and work with your peers.
2. If you would like to request a staff member to be kicked from the group, first, it must be reasonable. Harassment, disrespect, not following directions are some legit reasons to request a kick.
Things that are not reasonable to request for an exile are things such as, Made an unfair trade with you, or other silly things that might have happened DAYS ago.
A vote will also be held to see from other staff members perspectives.
3. THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST IMPORTANT of all rules. NEVER give out project information ever, or share ideas with friends, or the general public.
This will result in immediate exile without hassle. You will never be able to join the group either, and be banned from all group places.

Project leaders are VERY important people. It's a VERY important rank, and doesn't get handed to just anybody.
First, you must be an active, and loyal member to the group. Participating in any activities, maybe even sparing some money to a fellow staff.
I will hear about your kindness, and loyal actions towards the group. There can only be 6 project leaders at a time.
Project leaders also must be in the group for a week and 2 days, and have at least 8 comments throughout the week and 2 days.
You cannot post 8 comments in one day-well, you can, but it won't count.
Your only allowed to post 3 COUNTING posts.
Ex: You post 11 comments in one day, I will only count off 3 for that day.
[{[{[STAFF]}]}]
The group staff are very important people. They are what make Unidentified Studios.
{Important} Staff, along with Project Leaders DO get paid, but this is how it works.
Lets say we create a game in a month. Depending on how many place views the game gets in 3 months, that's how you get paid.
If it gets 800,000 place visits, I will count how many members there are, Let's say 28, double the number, and divide that by 800,000.
That's how much each person gets paid for that game.
If you have any questions regarding the group, look at our "Questions" forum in the description.
Thanks for reading the Rules & Regulations for Unidentified Studios. |
