Ever thinked about when you join a game you gets some GUIs some are user-made and others is roblox-made and placed i CoreGui, when you die your GUIs that is made by a user disappear and gets reseted to the start.
My idea is that roblox could make a new gui-service but that the users can use and place GUIs in, those GUIs in that gui-service will not reset on respawn and remain unchanged it is like the CoreGui but one we as users can access and place whatever we want, but mainly for GUIs and localscripts/scripts for the GUIs.
I thinked about this because I have made many GUIs I could wish not disappear on respawn, like a custom made ChatGui.
So whatm do you think about this idea? |

There is already such a property of the 'StarterGui'. If you browse through the Api Dump you would have seen that there's a hidden property, which is...
'ResetPlayerGuiOnSpawn'

Even if that property exist, I will that roblox make a new gui-service. That way we can sort guis we want to disappear into StarterGui and guis we want to stay could we place in the gui-service I was talking about.
I talked about this directly to Shedletsky yesterday on a IRC-Chat. |
