Is anyone here familiar with the AMD Control Catalyst and knows how to make the laptop recognize the BUILT-IN video chip?
It is a Radeon 8770M, and if I remember, it has 2gb VRAM. I'm sort of worried 'cause the laptop was around $1,500 and when I checked the video card it was supposed to be 1GB vram. I'm not sure what happened when we got it at best buy (which was the only choice at the moment, no Fry's at our city or anything of the likes) but it just doesn't recognize it. |

"...If it has catylist, it recognizes the card."
Funny thing is, it only shows the Intel HD 4000 when I right click the tray. |
