There are two main training matches:
Discipline
War Games ________________________________________________________________________________
Discipline Trainings: (MANDATORY: Must Attend If Online and Playable) This training match is used to develop future tactics, protocols, formations, plans, maturity, exercises, and squad development and employment.
In a Discipline Training: 1.) You will report in to the CO (Commanding Officer), you will go where directed and you will remain silent.
2.) Watch closely for orders, even if things seem dull there may come an instant where reaction is everything, and failure to comply will result in punishment/demotion/exile, depending on severity, not just for you but for your entire training regiment.
3.) You will use this time to learn battle tactics, watch closely and do your own research afterward, develop your own theories and through the correct process or maturity and respect, voice them, either through and officer or by yourself.
4.) Utilize this time to test yourself, few promotions will be given in a discipline training, this is because it is a test and therefore will be graded not just by how well you are in the training itself, but afterwards, to see what you have taken in and utilized on the battlefield to achieve victory!
5.) Talk in Team Chat when in combat, unnecessary chatter, deemed so by the CO, will result in punishment, continuing such actions will end in either demotion or exhalation, depending on severity (i.e. back talk, profanity, racial or sexist slurs.) ________________________________________________________________________________
War Games: (Non-Mandatory, this training is available to use but is not necessary and you will not be punished, unless ordered to attend, for not attending.) This training is the turning of theory into practice, where tactics from Discipline Training come face to face with the cold, hard, plastic universe of ROBLOX. This is where we figure out if we're good enough before putting ourselves into a situation and bringing disgrace and dishonor before the Legion and the Future Republic.
When attending a War Games Match 1.) Report in to the CO (Commanding Officer) or XO (Vice Officer, 2iC of server), after reporting in, wait for the match to end or begin, unless ordered to join in the middle of the battle. In certain cases you will simply join in after reporting in, this is to help deal with the chaos of battle, but this chaos will be controlled and will not allow for slovenly dress or conduct.
2.)Follow all orders, in the heat of battle discipline and communication are the keys to Victory, failure to comply, especially in a battle simulation, can and will if deemed appropriate by the CO or XO, resulting in a Field Court Marshal, where punishment, demotion, or depending on severity (i.e. Striking a superior officer outside of the appropriate training time, a duel for instance that was accepted by both sides and watched over by another team mate/ training officer) 3.) Talk in Team Chat when in combat, unnecessary chatter, deemed so by the CO, will result in punishment, continuing such actions will end in either demotion or exhalation, depending on severity (i.e. back talk, profanity, racial or sexist slurs.)
4.) Learn to study fighting techniques now and utilize tactics and strategies taught to you in Discipline Trainings. This will help us gauge how much you have learned and allow us to pick out future officers/tactical NCOs (Non-Commissioned Officers, officers in authority, but not in rank or name.)
5.)Promotions/recommendations will be more frequent in this training, but do not expect them. Such expectation is wrong and will result in punishment or worse. This is because it is the test before a battle of how much you have progressed and allows us to gauge your skill, be it combative, tactical, or strategic.
{Note: these protocols will update as Salvania does, more rules may be added depending on CO/XO in charge of Training, be prepared for anything, this will help you, and therefore the clan, in succeeding! Good Luck, you apes!} |
