Does anybody have any functions for this? (Not the velocity, that is very buggy for me.) I wanted to know before I wasted my time making one from scratch.

Why not velocity. Just absolute value all three numbers and add them.

For some reason when velocity gets very small it never seems to get to 0, even when the object is completely still.

Velocity = 0,0,0
Velocity.magnitude = 0

It actually depends.

If you are on it, it will probably slightly move

Yeah, but I am referring to when the object was previously moving and naturally comes to a stop.

If you're trying to use a conditional to check when a part stops, just have a small threshold of like 0.05 or something.

Yeah, turn out this was a display bug and the actual velocity was changing regularly. I guess Velocity will work!
