The group won't be active until the guns and uniforms are finished, but we'll start raiding some clans as soon as we get some members.
-Must have Bloxxer Badge (Just to make sure alts don't join) -PM me before joining (Posting on this thread counts) -Be ready to attend daily events
XF is preferred but not required. Activity checks are every month or so, I'll keep a list of everybody who's attended at least 4 events that month and exile everybody who didn't. To be exempted from this requires a PM to me with a LEGITIMATE REASON WHY YOU CANNOT ATTEND.
Some background lore:
We were a peaceful people, running through the same course of history as Humans had. We had countries, wars, weapons, ect. with minor variations. Eventually we all united under one banner, and a thousand-year era of peace and prosperity began. We were about 3,000 years ahead (in terms of technology) to Humans and didn't even know of other life outside of our own planet. Then, a massive empire invaded. They won the war so fast, we didn't even have time to give an official name to them before we were almost wiped out. Alas, there was a hope: A suitable planet, many light years away. We gathered the remainder of our fleet, people, and barely enough resources to survive the voyage, and took off. We reproduced, farmed, and many generations lived and died in the voyage, but when we returned, it was already occupied by humans. We had no choice, we had no other options. It was either us or them, so we did what we had to do and killed all of them. While hidden we learned their most used language, Mandarin, and sent them a quick message using their radio: "I am sorry". We made it as quick and painless as possible, and in little over 3 earth months we became the dominant life force on the planet, enslaving humans and tracking down survivors. We took a letter from one of their languages, Greek, and made it our banner as a sign of remorse and loss. Now we must rebuild, finish off the human survivors, and prepare for the unnamed empire to strike again, and this time; we will be ready.
I'll write up some survivor stories once I get around to it, I guess. I don't expect too many people to join just to this thread, but some people just trying it out would be nice.

So basically
You're the Vasari from Sins of a Solar Empire... Just with a less ominous antagonist after you. |

I've never played Sins of a Solar Empire, if this is actually anything like that then it was completely coincidental.

| Well the Vasari are some ugly ass creatures. Some cool ships, but... That's basically their thing. Their planet was wiped out, so they relocated their entire existence on board spacecraft. Because the times they landed on planets and tried to start over, they were attacked again. They came across Trader space, and started taking every world they could, scavenging for every resource they were able. Then in Rebellion the factions split, the Loyalists wanting to just wipe everything out and run, the Rebels wanting to take the other races with them. |

Andromeda was Perseus' wife.
It's also the name I used for the Sovereign Dominion's space station with the Datacore and rally place. |

yea my English class is doing Greek Mythology so
but Andromeda: The Galaxy (Which is going to literally CONSUME the milky way) is much cooler than Andromeda: Perseus' wife, who almost got eaten by a giant sea monster.

It's an RTS game. No campaign mode, but games can go on for AGES.
If you get it, don't bother with the first game, get the standalone SOASE Rebellion.
Basically, you start out with a planet which you proceed to deploy space stations around for various purposes; ship creation, defense, research, trade, etc. From there, you start building ships and such to go off and take other planets. I could get more into the research system, bombardment, culture, and all that other crap, but who cares. I find the game fun, anyway.
Plus, it's always cool to zoom in on a strike craft, a little plane, watch it fly a short distance from a well defined planet, skim over a frigate which is several times bigger than it, and then have a Titan come into view which is like 1/8th the size of a planet. The scale of the game is class. |

| Even though I think the TEC Rebels are really OP when they ally the pirate and neutral factions. Due to they can lollygag and just take planets easily without trouble of their colony vessels being attacked. |

Half the time online people turn of pirates, it takes away half the fun.
Though it is endless fun making pirate fleets and having them talk like "Treasure, ye say?" "YAR, BOOTY!" and such.

Then we can't be friends.
Rebel starbase charges. Just use their superweapon, send in a buffed up Rebel starbase, and just watch everything in that gravity well die.
And then bring in the fleet, just for funzies. |

Amen!
But when players online use them, they use them as cannon fodder. I do to when I play them. Especially for their super weapon the Novilith Cannon. That is so over powered it isn't funny. But the Vasari EMP is godly especially when about to attack a system that has a space station. |

Oh my god don't even talk about Novaliths.
The one thing TEC Loyalists are good for in the way of cheap tactics are spamming Novaliths and having two starbases guard each one. The Novaliths lay waste to planets, and the starbases keep the planet under your control + keep it safe. |
