Titles - Capitalize every word, excluding articles.
Sentences - Begin each sentence with a capitalized letter, and end with a punctuation mark such as the period, exclamation mark, or question mark.
Apostrophes: Use for conjunctions (combined words) or words showing possession. e.g. "You're cool!"(you are), "John's chicken is nice."(chicken belonging to John)
Your, you're - Your: showing possession to other person.("Your shoe is on fire.") You're: you are. ("You're cool!")
Their, they're, there - There: referring to location. ("Look over there!" They're: they are. ("They're not cool.") Their: Showing possession to group of people. ("That's their house.")
i.e., e.g., etc. - i.e.: id est (that is) e.g.: exempli gratia (for example) etc.: et cetera (so on)
If you already know this stuff, congratulations. If not, I hope you learned something. |

And yes, sorry about that. ROBLOX automatically squishes up extra spaces; I didn't realize this when I typed it up. |

Wrong. First of all, you need to capitalize your "I". Secondly, a semicolon(;) acts as an "and"; it is merely an extension of a sentence. |

| This man must be passing his English classes, I'm impressed. Most of the poor idiots at my school barely pass with a D. |

Why thank you! Personally, I think this should be common knowledge to mostly everyone, because it could literally be learned within three minutes. People just never pay enough attention to get it down, and so the education system extends English classes for years and teaches so little at a time, and even less is absorbed into students' brains. |

OBJECTION!
Semicolons have many uses and that is not the only use of them.

| Honestly, please, in addition to quoting things when referring to something specific, please explain fully what you're saying if you want to bring a point across. Gaomon, you may be right, but please elaborate. |

"Personally, I think this should be common knowledge to mostly everyone, because it could literally be learned within three minutes." Not necessarily. Some people have a hard time retaining information and if it isn't your native language that's just an extra layer to the puzzle.
"People just never pay enough attention to get it down, and so the education system extends English classes for years and teaches so little at a time, and even less is absorbed into students' brains."
Not really. Each year of English introduces a few new mechanics and then reviews them as well as previous mechanics you would of learned in lower levels. It slowly will sink into your head. Learning a language and its grammatical styles isn't as easy as you want to believe. Now deflate the ego for us. |

Right, but the thing is that, like I said, it takes literally just a few minutes to learn those rights to so many wrongs, even if English wasn't your primary; it's like learning a language without understanding the syntax of it. And for those who have a learning disability, that's why I said "mostly everyone," and not just "everyone".
You're restating what I said, though elongating it. English teaches few new concepts each year, to keep the lowest of students on track, but it's probably not the optimum method of going about it. By the way, stop saying "would of," because you're just trying to spell out what you commonly hear. You really mean to say "would have". |
