| don't stop eating, just work out and try to eat a little bit more instead of starving yourself or whatever that is. |

eat smaller amounts
and if you do decide to work out.
don't check the mirror everyday.
and you will get heavier from working out because muscle is heavier than fat.
so.
eat smaller portions. and work out ofr like 30 minutes a day. |

when you fast it makes you crave and eat more than the meals that you missed (like if you skip dinner, later you will want more than dinner)
just eat healthy fruits like i am (except my parents hate fruits so i have to try them at my grandmas) smoothies are also good if you dont like the texture of fruit, also bananas are my favorite fruit
