Hello.
- YOUR ROLE & WHAT YOU DO
First of all I would like to start by saying that if I've not messaged you this link, you may as well go and find a forum post where you can actually help someone as there's nothing of interest for you here.
First, let's get your role as a Tester straight.
I had some applications thinking that they were reviewing the Public Viewing to the general Public. Let's face it, the Projects fairly small at the moment and there really wouldn't be a point in posting a view to the public. That's what the YouTube videos do.
The reviews that you do will be logged in a document which was started December last year and has been going ever since, and is now over twenty pages of reviews by Testers over the ages from every Public Viewing. Your reviews will be added to that document. Whilst this sounds very unnecessary, it will be used to create statistics and graphs each showing different things at different stages of the Project when the Project is complete.
If you haven't picked it up by now, your task as a Tester is to do reviews once a month on the Twenty-Fifth. I generally give you five days after the 25th to get it sent to me as some people aren’t always available on the day that it’s due. If you are on holiday or for any other reason can’t access WiFi or ROBLOX, message me BEFORE hand. There’s no good messaging me a few days after, it will still count as a miss.
So, leading on to miss’s. It’s really quite simple. If you don’t submit your review at least five days after the Public Viewing, it will get counted as a miss. If you get two miss’s within three months, you will lose your rank to give somebody else a chance to be a Tester. As you know, I got a LOT of applications.
- HOW TO WRITE A REVIEW
Your review should be written with good Grammar and Spelling. Yes, that means full stops, capital letters and comers where applicable. Try to use a range of vocabulary and not repeat the same word over and over again. For the next Public Viewing, I expect a minimum of five lines and the score system. I would normally expect more, but as you may know I've been lacking on inspiration so not too much work has been done.
You should contain a detailed paragraph about or more about what you liked about it, what you didn't like and what you thought could improve along with suggestions and ideas. After you have wrote your detailed paragraph, you should then use the score board system.
Again, it’s really quite simple. For everything you think is wrong or could be improved, you say what it is and minus the amount of points off a one hundred score that you think are correct. For example, if you found that you fall off a seat somewhere, you should minus it like this:
- 1 Fall off a seat in Café Rouge.
Here is an example of a score table from UDop1 from Public Viewing #2. (Don’t copy these, these are long fixed.)
"100 Starting score -1 Lack of lighting for lights. -1 Drawer in Bedroom is not Can Collide. -2 For the inaccessibility to the bathtub. -1 Fix the path idea as though it’s interesting to slide around it is also causing lag.
95/100 Final Score.”
If you do still not understand anything mentioned above, please, message HotJazzCP. It's important your clear on what to do.
