I've been fighting for my account back for some time now... ( 3 months ) His username is ~ Wow780~ I've messaged roblox many times about this issue. THey have done nothing about it.. Roblox are you serious? y

You have to email info@roblox.com as well. If you've lost your account you should be able to regain it if you assigned an email when you signed up for ROBLOX. If you didn't, there's no way to get your account back...
I would recommend email info@roblox.com like what I mentioned they may be able to help. It is a 24hr waiting period to get a response back. For now, just keeping using your alt account.

You can also try making an appeal to appeals@roblox.com
Even though your account has been expired for an appeal approval, you should still have a chance.

As I've already mentioned it takes 24hrs for a response. I would just use my alt for awhile until they reply back to you.

Well I had a similar situation in 09. You email them, and you type to a bot. If you are a BC member they will help us you, if not there is a slightly less chance of you getting help. |

| It takes a few days to get a response and make sure to email them with the email that u used for your account the day you made it. |
