| I got inspired from meds idea about RCL domination, search and destroy, etc. I think forts should have a specific purpose. For example, it could be like demolition, and there could be two bombs. The raiders have to plant it while the defenders have to defend it. There should be a few rounds as well. Like 5 10 minute rounds. Then whoever won 3 or more of the rounds wins on that server. That way the raids aren't for 10 hours straight, they're nearly an hour. The fort could be set up fairly, that way nothing needs to be worried about. Good idea, bad? Your opinions? |

| Skylar it wouldn't be boring because groups would use other types of game modes; domination, search and destroy, etc. Itd also challenge tactics of leaders and high ranks. Its more complicated then a terminal. |

| @awesome, that's capture the flag, not domination. @alt, I don't play cod, I was just using ideas from cod. And I said that they should use objectives, game modes from cod as an example. It doesn't have to be cod. |

Someone with alot of scripting abilities should add a feature like this;
instead of using moronic obbies to get over the gates, someone should have like a "click to plant charge" and then its like *5*4*3*2*1 boomy, and you go in.

What if there was a CTF system? A single capture = raid win.
Raiders goal would be to take the Defender flag back to their base. With... Large maps Defenders would have terrain advantages Holding the flag renders you defenseless (can't attack either) Flag makes you walk slower
So there'd be a flag carrier, who has to duck behind cover and get the flag back. Also, flag defenders who defend the flag carrier.
I think it'd make for a challenging game.
Lots of balancing would have to be made. |
