Aside from the Monitors and the Anti-Monitors, and the source wall, and the antilife equation.
Superman, or any other Kryptonian, doesn't count due to the fact that they get their powers from the yellow sun, and if they were on a planet with a red sun they'd be as weak as humans.

well first i think kryptonians would still count because they don't just get powers from the sun they get their powers as a reaction to the sun
i could say humans because if they were on a red sunned planet they'd get powers
so i think their power origin isn't exactly a good way to tell who has the most power and crap
but i'm going to say: captain marvel |

Humans don't get powers from a red sun planet. I know this because Lex Luthor went to a red sun planet in some of the old comics.

| Aside from the Presence, there are characters such as the Spectre and Lucifer Morningstar. DC doesn't have as many high tiers as Marvel, but there are some notable ones. The Presence was made to be a DC equivalent of TOAA, but he is arguably not omnipotent since he was unable to kill The Great Evil Beast, who is a high tier to an extreme, nigh omnipotent and able to top even the Spectre. I suppose the thing about DC is that since its prime focus is mostly so slim we aren't introduced to many high tiers beside Superman often. |

"does darkseid count"
Even disregarding ALE, yes. But it's probably better to specify which version of Darkseid before discussing if he is a high tier. |

If Darkseid is a high tier, then so is Highfather.
