Its all the government's fault, partially. Why? They don't care enough to give the school good protections, but when the actually event happens, its a catastrophe. Before you ask anything, think of this. If they aren't protecting our youth, where our school related tax money go to? There is more to go around for teachers and others, so there is so much to be leftover? Where is our tax money going to? |

| The best protection is to not dismiss the kid banging his face against the lockers with blood trickling out of his nose saying "I'm gonna kill the world" as simply unusual but to take it seriously |
