| Dude, your pc isn't slow- that's probably a cause of a loose cpu fan, I suggest you re apply thermal paste immediately, and see if that works any better. |

@xcalibur
CPU usage and temperatures are very different things and high usage is not caused by high temps. |

"Celerons are just older pentiums"
when was the last time that you tried to see what a celeron was
it's just a low cost/low end pentium
On the other hand, I'm left-handed. |

| IE is inefficient with web browsing. Is this what you are using? I recommend switching to Google Chrome or Safari if so. Both of these browsers use maybe 3 to 5% of my CPU. IE on the other hand uses 20%. |

@Samas Trust me, what I say is from experience. Generally, whenever it happens to me, programs tend to spike alot in usage- even reaching 90% on just booting. |

Pfffft, JUST 50%? Mine hits 90% sometimes from just browsing the internet, but it's usually at about 75%.
That's nice, dear. |

@xcalibur No, what you say is straight-up incorrect. High CPU usage is NOT a result of insufficient cooling, it is a result of a heavy workload, weak CPU or a combination of the two. Cooling does not come into it. |
