Focus on the homework itself, it will make the process go faster

as funny as it is, I find cheating takes longer then doing the homework normally. and the goal is to get my mind working well so that I can work faster, not to just speed through it on auto pilot...

Don't listen to music. Our brains aren't made for multitasking and aren't nearly as good as it as you think. The only reason you would listen to music for homework or studying is if you just want some background noise and you're able to tune out the music. Other than that, get plenty of rest and actively focus on understanding and completing the problems.

No they don't. They focus on one task to the next to the next. You can only accurately focus on one thing at a time, and what you choose to focus on is called selective attention. Trust me, I'm taking AP psychology. The examples used to prove the point have baffled me, but they make sense. |

Take your hand, shove it up your ass, and make a wish that your homework will be done quicker.

Hm... maybe you guys should try without music for a session. See how much time it takes. It should take the same or less time, and probably with greater accuracy.
