Hello, this is Tim here again for yet another RP. This one, like Land of Ferinox (http://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=88234861) is going to be a fantasy free-roam. For those of you who are reading this and are currently participating in LoF, this is not a replacement, it is another RP entirely. Now, without further delay, let us begin our adventure!
Warning: Wordwall ahead!
============================================================================
Contents: 1) The World 2) Legendary Beings 3) Races 4) Rules 5) CS
1) The World
In the east, the Dwarves rule their three kingdoms, Petrilikor, Arilinit and Desyrile. Petrilikor is the farthest northeast that someone can go (Aside from the Tundra), and Arilinit and Desyrile are two parallel strips running south from where Petrilikor ends. The three Dwarven kingdoms are covered in mountains that are full of gold, emerald and other precious metals and gemstones. However, they do not travel too deep underground.
Further east of the Dwarven Mountains, there is a great ocean that none have travelled across. At least, none have travelled across and survived.
In the northern reaches of the land is a snowy forest, called Icilorin that is home to a few human towns and villages, but is mostly ruled by the Elves. The Elves protect the forest, and the forest protects those who seek to aid it in its quest. The identity of the quest is unknown, but from time to time the forest will ask people to do some things, as it has done for centuries.
Further north of even Icilorin is a large tundra dominated by the Northern Orcs. The Tundra, as it is known as, is much more than just an icy wasteland – It is full of giant arches and glaciers that challenge everything else in their beauty.
In the western part of the region, there is a forest called Trekopor where the Forest Elves and the High Elves are constantly at war. The High Elves seek to adapt the forest into cities of great beauty, and the Forest Elves seek to preserve the forest and let it live out its natural path. The High Elves have two cities established in the eastern part of this area, Gehilor and Jurig, while the Forest Elves live in treetop villages, of which there are many.
The further west you go, the denser Trekopor gets. Nobody, not even the Forest Elves, have gone west of Trekopor.
In the south of the land, the human empire of Kretchin is constantly expanding, conquering all of the small kingdoms in its path for world domination. A small list of “Rebel Kingdoms” follows: Detoris, Siroted, Herilorg, and Grolir. The geography of this area is mostly plains, but some branches of Trekopor manage to get into this area, where the Kretchin Empire becomes a third faction in the High Elf/Forest Elf war.
Further south of those nations lie a few mountains where the Goblins have been chased off to after their wars with the Dwarves, and even further south is the dry, barren wasteland where the Southern Orcs reside. Rodrom is the name of this desert area, and nobody has ever gone further south of Rodrom – Nor do they have need to, seeing as there’s enough wealth and power in this region to satisfy most people.
In the central region of this land, Icilorin and Trekopor are divided by a large river (And a few waterfalls), the Kretchin Empire is locked in a war with the most powerful standing human nation, Tserof, and the Dwarves are the main military suppliers of Tserof.
2) Legendary Beings
1. The Gods: Herilok, the god of luck, chance, autumn travel and the forest. Krolor, the god of fire, light, summer and warmth. Jiture, the god of ice, cold, winter and the north. Cilorin, the god of rebellion, freedom, spring and war.
The four gods are always at war with one another, and the seasons are decided based on who is currently holding the most power.
2. The Stone King: The Stone King, and his immortal Stone Seven, are the last of an ancient race of giant statue-like beings made entirely out of stone. Their race never had many people, but when they defied the gods, all except for these eight were slain by the other races. The Stone King gained magic to control all stone, and gave part of his magic to his council as they corrupt all who go too deep within the earth to serve them. Legend has it that they’re going to one day attack the surface world, and when that happens, none can stand up to their might.
3) Races
1. Humans: You already know what these are. 2. Elves: Elves are slightly tall compared to humans, and, like humans, are divided into several factions struggling for power over the others. 3. Dwarves: Dwarves are short, broad creatures about a metre tall that generally grow beards and work in mines in mountainous areas. The three Dwarven Kings hold a council every year to discuss trade and stuff like that. 4. Northern Orcs: Northern Orcs are big, broad creatures that are as tall compared to Elves as Elves are to Humans. Northern Orcs generally have white, grey or light blue skin. 5. Southern Orcs: Southern Orcs are big, broad creatures that are as tall compared to Elves as Elves are to Humans. Southern Orcs generally have orange, red or yellow skin. 6. Goblins: Goblins are excellent miners that challenge Dwarves in skill, but they were constantly at war with their competitors, until being chased out of the East. They are short, like Dwarves, but also thin and green-skinned.
4) Rules
1. ROBLOX rules are a good guideline, break them at your own risk. 2. No being over-powered, no trolling, etc. etc. etc. 3. Admins are people who have been active for 30 pages, they are able to accept CS’s and their word is law, unless mine contradicts theirs. 4. CS’s must be accepted in order to begin playing, and for the CS to be accepted you need to put “Stone” in the Other section. 5. The rules are subject to change at any time.
CS:
Name: Age: Race: (Part 3) Chosen Deity: (You CAN, I suppose, be a cultist that worships the Stone King. Part 2) Appearance: Clothes: From: (Part 1) Starting place: (Part 1) Bio: Other:
If you want to add anything that is not included here, place it under “Other”. |

Name: Mokit Age: 41 Race: (Part 3) Northern Orc Chosen Deity: (You CAN, I suppose, be a cultist that worships the Stone King. Part 2) Herilok Appearance: Mokit has white skin, with a different shade of wait hair that is noticeable against his skin. He has a long foot long beard that is braided, and a foot and a half long braid for the hair on his scalp. His eyes are blue, and relatively normal horizontally, but rather thin vertically. His face has a scar from when a ice cycle grazed the rift side of his face. His facial features are what you would expect from that wise, warrior type of orc, where it looks calm, but not like someone you would want to mess with. Clothes: He wears studded hide armor with the fur still on it, but no plating, as the metal would only conduct the cold. The armor covers his entire body, and he wears a large cloak of the same material over it to keep himself warm. He has a belt that holds a sheath for a small one handed mace he keeps for self defense, and often has a walking stick at his disposal. From: (Part 1) The Tundra Starting place: (Part 1) The Tundra Bio: Mokit was raised an adventurer in the Tundra by his parents, and therefore he continued the family business. It's a relatively simple life, pray to the family patron god, Herilok, for lucky days and safe travels, and walk to nowhere in a frozen wonderland. He's been doing this all his life, and can even tell you every nook and cranny he has adventured. He can tell you exactly the amount of strength to put into a swing and where to make it land, and he's never had a day of training with maces. Though, with the coming of old age, Mokit sometimes feel as if he needs to stop, but he doesn't yet know where. Other: STONE!!! I CALL BLASPHEMY!!! I'M YELLING RANDOM NONSENSE!!! MUAHAHAHAHA!!! Thank you for reading. ;3 |

Name: Navia Arcadia Age: 14 Race: (Part 3) High Elf [If I can, if not, normal elf.] Chosen Deity: (You CAN, I suppose, be a cultist that worships the Stone King. Part 2) Jiture Appearance: Navia is one of the "shorter elves," you could say. She is slightly taller than a human but not by much. She has dark blue hair and pale blue skin. She has many white freckles on her face, hand painted. [Got most of this from Avatar, lel.] Clothes: Navia wears dark blue robes with a light blue trim touching the end of her legs, then from there is a pair of dark blue boot-like shoes. From: (Part 1) Icilorin Starting place: (Part 1) Trekopor Bio: Born in a large, freezing cave in Icilorin, she barely got out alive. She had lived with her mother until she was 12, until her mother sadly passed away due to frostbite. It was then she did not want to die of the same fate, so she moved to Trekopor. She has had quite a horrible past due to this. Other: Stone. |

Name: Theya Dhfawl Age: 27 Race: (Part 3) Normal Elf[Healer] Chosen Deity: (You CAN, I suppose, be a cultist that worships the Stone King. Part 2) Jiture Appearance: White silver hair falls down her head, large feet and hands with full black eyes. Her hair in a bun made from plats. Pale skin that shines in the sun and silver nails. Clothes: She wears a white cloak with a cream dress with white high heels. From: (Part 1) Icilorin Starting place: (Part 1) Icilorin Bio: She was born to Randalf and Randee, two Priests of Jiture. They taught her manners and gave her their knowledge and wisdom. She was blessed with the features of Jiture as they were priests, her parents encouraged her to be a priest. But she forbid the idea, she never was a rebel, she loved the snowy forest and never wanted to leave, so she took up healing in the school and is now one of High Healers of Icilorin. Other: Stone, she has no healing powers. Just great knowledge of plants, herbs, healing methods etc.

| (Mokit lacks a surname. Usually, those things are given out to noble families in the Medieval Ages. The only way a commoner got one was by working for the noble family, which then he adopted the nobility's surname. I usually don't do this system, but I change attitudes daily. Now, since he's a nomad, he is not a part of any noble houses, jarldoms, or baronies the Northern Orcs may have, and therefore he has no surname.) |

Name:Korx Dez Shadowbrain
Age:32 (Because why not.)
Race: Goblin
Chosen Deity: Herilok (More of what happens to him.)
Appearance: This may suprise you, but to fit in with human and dwarf merchants, he had to fit into the style of begin rather...'round' Though, because of what happens to him, he is not as 'round' as what he would be. Anyways, straying from that little detail before his backround. He has a rather typical long nose of a Goblin and which his round body, making him rather halarious to even look at. Also just noticed the clothes down there, so I won't bother to mention here. He has the eyes of a thief so to speak. He has black eyes and he stands a tad bit less then your average goblin height. That is if people actually gathered them without missing one. He stands often upright, even when sittig which should be taken into account that is he is very formal in some cases, some may I repeat. He has absolutely no hair on his head, so he is bald. Yes, he is bald I repeat. Judging you may be thinking "He hasn't said anything about his appearance really." Well, here is some more infomation, because of his roundness. He is not really strong, but is rather quick on his feet. His feet are also never...cleaned so expect a smell. Anything else missing just assume that it is nothing.
Clothes: Now here is the fun part. To make this tie into what is happening to him. Before what is happening to him: He wore a tricorn for a hat. He often wore his heirloom which was a gold coin with an ancient symbol of goblin ancestry that he had. Most likely his humble beginnings as a trading family. If you would dare call it that. The gold coin was always attached to a green and brown robe on the right shoulder. Everything else in unimportant from what he wore before what happened to him because well. Simply put he is rich. Now: He wears a brown and green hood and robes and carries around a staff gleaming silver and practically stands out as a beacon of "Hey come kill me." In the forest. He doesn't wear much after that.
From: (Part 1)A mountain where the dwarves chased him off. Very cryptic isn't it. Exactly.
Starting place: (Part 1) Walking along a river in the kingdom of Detoris
Bio:Being born fleeing from dwarves, his parents wern't the best and they never gave him a lot. Except for that cake...that "Get away from me!" money. You know the usual goblin gets. He was raised rather thieving and shrewd. Skipping some plain years of growing up. He married another goblin to just take her part of a trading store so he could add it to his. Of course, he still stayed 'commited'. Until he made the bad choice of lying to 7 dwarves and a human princess. The 7 dwarves were promised a potion to revive the human princess from sleep and yadadada she didn't wake up...she died instead which was fine really. She seen better days. By that I mean she could've been born with more...appealling looks. Sooooo, the 7 dwarves burned down his store and he escaped through the grasps of their hands. His wife was fending them off with a rolling pin as he was bumbling down the streeting with his pants down to his feet as he hobbled away quickly from the 7 dwarves. They never stopped hunting him. He got rid of one though! Except well...He met that dwarf again while that dwarf was mistaken for a bear. He simply took on another disguise and began travelling and doing what he usually does best. If you didn' understand anything. He is just a scoundrel.
Other: Stonely enough, I thought it would be rather stoneibul to make bad jokes involving STONE a lot of stoning times. Maybe I should stone someone sometime. It will be very stoning. Also, I tried making this rather humorous for me by having a couple of references. |

Name: Lukiv Scalci Age: 27 Race: Human Chosen Deity: Unknown, claims to follow the god of Fairness and Peace. Labelled as Cultist. Appearance: Lukiv has pale skin due to living in the winter forests all his life in his small village. He hair is a rich gray color, which doesn't really match his green eyes. His chin and lip is covered in a small beard. A scar, running down his forehead to his ear, is hidden but sometimes shows.
Clothes: He wears a light blue coat that goes to little past his hip, with strange yellow markings on it. His pants are wool and colored a dark brown with more strange yellow markings on them. On his back he holds a handcrafted pine bow and a quiver of arrows, with a small hatchet around his belt. His boots are a mix of leather and wool, and colored a dark gray. A weird wooden symbol hangs around his neck, and he often holds it when bad things happen. From: Icilorin Starting place: The borders of Icilorin and Trekopor Bio: Born to a exiled group of worshippers( Cultists by most other people), he was raised in the forests of Icilorin to hunt, raise sheep, cut wood and help build. As he grew older, he wondered about the outside world, and why his village was exiled to the forests. On the day of his 27 birthday, he said farewell to his friends and family and left home to explore. Other: Stone

@Jona: (Two things - He wouldn't be considered a cultist for following another religion, and, as far as this is concerned, the gods and the Stone King have both been proven to exist, due to the fact that the gods have made their existence public and the Stone King's rebellion was during a period of recorded history.)

Name: Voryn Centari Age: 37 Race: (Part 3) Dwarf Chosen Deity: (You CAN, I suppose, be a cultist that worships the Stone King. Part 2) God of Fire Appearance: A sturdy set of brown leather and steel armor, with short brown hair but covered by a two horned helmet, a long brown beard. Clothes: A brown leather chest clothes, with a steel chest plate. Brown leather boots and gloves, and leather pants with pads. From: (Part 1) Desyrile Starting place: (Part 1) Southern Outpost near a Goblin encampment (Just a few Goblins waiting down south, nothing like their army.) Bio: At 15, he was sent to the mines to mine for gold and other jewels. He was a good worker, and from all those years of experience, he is tough and hard to soften up. At 29, he joined the military and has been there every since. Now he's down south guarding a border outpost down south. (But he wasn't an officer, he's like equivalent to an NCO right now, aka, Sergeant-Lieutenant.) Other: Stone

| @Miner: (By "God of Fire", I assume that you mean Krolor. A "Small Goblin encampment" is very much something like their army, seeing as a few hundred years ago the Dwarven Armies destroyed the majority of the Goblin Army. A little more work on the bio would be preferred, and if you could give more stuff in the appearance, I'd be grateful. Aside from those minor errors, accepted.) |

And about the bio, a bit sorry. He's sort of your average Dwarf, but later that will change. Thank you, and sorry. Can we start?) |

Voryn-
"Alright, lads, mind getting some fire wood for tonight?" I ask two young recruits sitting near the fire. "Sure, Voryn." One of them replies in a confident voice. They rush off to the forest. I look into the fire, feeling the warmth. "It's going to be a cold night tonight, you know Voryn." Another soldier says, senior then a recruit. "Yes, I can see." I reply. I nod and look back at the fire. I see the crackles crackling. "I wonder what it's like up north, you know." Another soldier asks. "A lot colder then here, the fire is more of a savior then a luxury." I say. We could survive down here in the cooler weather, but the nights are still cold.
The two recruits come back, each carrying fire wood. They've done this 5 times previously, and when they set it done, they say "Done." "Good lads." I reply, thanking them. They nod to me, and sit back down. It's turning night, out of the 40 men at this outpost, 15 soldiers are currently guarding. Officers and and senior soldiers get to usually stay by the fire, when cadets and recruits guard the walls and towers. We're the night shift, and there is a day shift. The remaining ten people are medics, the camp commander, and a few messengers just incase. Most of the get luxuries of being in a full springed up house or cabin. But we sleep in tents, of course there is enough TIME to make cabins for all of us, but the army still insist on tents, so we get used to moving and always being ready. Even though the Goblins are pretty much done for, some people still think they are around and still fighting. At least that's what some think. But no raids are reported, if any happen, it's to a civilian convoy with no soldiers on a border road or such, nothing big.
Wall of words, WOW. |

Voryn-
I pick up a log and shove it in the fire. It crackles loudly with the extra food for it's self. We've been waiting a while, night patrol is usually boring, even though they say enemies attack at night, it's mostly wrong. We haven't encountered any raids at all, actually we've only spotted 5 Goblins, but it was from the highest tower, and they were QUITE far away. After that, they just ran away. We didn't bother, our orders where to stay put. And that was at *Day*! Not at night. So in my experience, people think the mostly wrong part.
But I'd be wrong, infact, soon I'd be wrong, about that. |
