this doesn't seem to work it was bugging me all day but then i realised serverstorage is hidden from the game
so how would i make this work?
local player = game.Players.LocalPlayer local camera = game.Workspace.CurrentCamera local map = game.ServerStorage.localMap
local lol = map:Clone() lol.Parent = camera
player.Character.Humanoid.Died:connect(function() lol:Destroy() end)
i destroy the map because i want everything in it to reset ( just incase ur wondering) |

| LocalScript in the player gui or player backpack is the onlything that can control that players camera. |

| Why dont you just put a map in the lighting and move it into the workspace. |

i wont put it in lighting because we're supposed to sue these new storages
and i want it in the camera because i want the map to be local |

| ON the wiki page it says you acess it your way and the way i used it. Must be bugged. |

| Might only be accessable using a script since a local script is client side and a regular one is server side. |

Oh i see, well the problem would seem to be that ServerStorage doesn't replicate to the client so localscripts can't access it. Do whatever you need to do with a server script or just use ReplicatedStorage.

| aka where is the local map? did you put it in there yourself? cause if so. add a wait(1) to the top that might be a problem aswell. |

Well if ReplicatedStorage isn't working for whatever reason (never used it) I guess you can just use Lighting since they're pretty much the same as far as storing things go.
