Ok, so if you haven't heard already, WebGL3D has got leaked halloween info.
For example, When you see a catalog hat, that hat idea was made 2-3 months ago
For halloween gifts, ROBLOX Inc. has to makes the gifts unseen, But still upload them to the website, because it takes time to upload things to the website, Like 2-3 hours. They want you the get the hat out of the gift when they plan to make it come out of the gift, not 2 hours late. The user WebGL3D has clearly hacked into the ROBLOX website (Easy to do with cmd id you have the right command) and favourited the hats.

Or find the code to favorite a hat, and plug in the ID (HTML, Java, etc) |
